Tattersalls will send you regular monthly statements,
detailing rents received and payments made. All rental
payments are made by bank automatic transfer directly to
your bank account when the tenants payment has cleared.
Tattersalls will require details of which account rental
payments are to be made. Tenants must agree to set up a
standing order for the rent on the 1st of each
month but this can still take up to seven days to arrive in
our account. To allow for bank holidays we advise that you
delay any planned out goings from your account until the 14th
of each month. If for any reason we have not received a
rental payment in the first week of a month you will be paid
from the tenants deposit whilst we are sorting out the
problems on your behalf. This is a unique service among
letting agents. |
