From time to time the property may not be occupied.  At these times we will notify you of any apparent defects whilst we are showing prospective Tenants around.  We will, if requested, make weekly security checks.  These can be tailored to your requirements and will be discussed more fully if you wish to take up this option.  A separate charge is made for this service.

We can also arrange for the garden to be properly maintained if required.
