When a suitable tenant has been found and with your agreement, your property will be offered to them subject to their references. We use an outside referencing agency that carry out a full credit reference check on all prospective tenants, take up employers and landlord’s references as appropriate and also provide a credit profile. Where necessary a guarantor will be sought and they will be fully referenced as well. Tattersalls will continue to market your property until we have found a suitable tenant that you are happy with.
