Tattersalls will make
regular three monthly inspections of the property during the
course of the Tenancy, these take place at six weeks and
twelve weeks and every three months thereafter and we will
provide you with a written report. As part of the report we
will advise on any maintenance requirements and recommend
refurbishment when necessary. We can only deal with apparent
defects and those brought to our attention. We cannot be
held responsible for any hidden or latent defects. These
inspections are not structural surveys and should not be
construed as such. |
