The Full Management fees are 12.5% of the gross rent per
calendar month. An administration fee of the equivalent of 1
weeks rental is charged on occupation by a Tenant. These
fees cover all of the services offered on the previous page.
If you require any other
particular individual services such as drawing up of tenancy
agreements, inspecting of vacant properties, weekly security
checks or a ‘Let Only’ service, we will happily provide you
with a written quotation based on your particular
requirements.
For arranging general minor
maintenance on properties in our management there are no
additional fees.
In the event that a Tenant
purchases a property then Tattersalls reserve the right to
charge a commission of up to 1% of the agreed sales purchase
price.
All fees are subject to
VAT.
