As soon as a Tenant gives notice of their intention to
vacate your property we will contact you seeking your
instructions. We will then endeavour to find another
suitable Tenant to take on a new tenancy as soon as
possible. Once the keys have been returned to us, we will
then inspect the property and check the Inventory and State
of Decorative Order on your behalf. If you would like to be
present when the property is checked please let us know.
After liaising with the
Landlord Tattersalls will if necessary, arrange any cleaning
of the property or maintenance of the garden. If these items
are the responsibility of the Tenants any costs incurred
will be deducted from the Tenants deposit. In the unlikely
event that there are insufficient funds to cover these
costs, Tattersalls will pursue the matter through the courts
on your behalf if you wish. If it is not possible to recover
these costs from the outgoing Tenant they will be deducted
from the Landlord’s account. |
