Landlords are required to sign our Management Agreement giving Tattersalls Property Management the authority to sign the Tenancy Agreements and notices on their behalf. The Management Agreement is read in conjunction with the terms and conditions of business as set out in this brochure.  The Agreement also says that the Landlord indemnifies Tattersalls as agents against any costs, expenses or liabilities incurred or imposed on us provided that they were incurred on the Landlord’s behalf in pursuit of our normal duties. 1 Castle Street, Great Torrington, Devon, EX38 8EZ will be your registered office for all matters relating to the property whilst it is our management.
