In the event of non-payment of rent and / or with breaches
of contract that are brought to our notice, you will of
course be informed. We will endeavour to resolve the
problem via mediation, but if necessary and subject to your
approval, we will serve legal notices on your behalf. Should
legal action become necessary we reserve the right to
instruct our solicitors, unless you wish to use one of your
own. The Landlord is responsible for all fees thus
incurred, although we would aim to recover as much of the
cost as possible from the Tenant for the benefit of the
Landlord.
