Tattersalls are registered by HomeLet, and we can organise insurance policies that will cover loss of rent should a tenant default on payments. Typically the premiums are 3% of the rental income. For more detailed information please pick up a leaflet from our office. We would need to know if you were considering taking out a policy at the very out set, as it would effect certain criteria regarding the tenancy that may not be retrospective.
